There are several charters going out in this area, although only two catering
to the technical diver.
Northern Atlantic Dive Expeditions out of Beverly is just launching the R/V
Gauntlet, a charter catering almost exclusively to the technical diver.
Most of their diving trips take place on the weekends.
The Day Breaker out of Gloucester (Capt. Fran Marcoux) mainly caters to
recreational divers on the weekends and runs technical trips to the deeper

Cape Ann Divers currently only
handles recreational divers, but is an excellent choice to come and try out the
area. They run a first class operation off a larger dive boat, and visit
some interesting sites during the week.
